Boron (B) in its purely natural state forms black, opaque crystals with a metallic luster. Boron has been shown to be a conductor of cellular electrical impulses, enhancing intra-cellular communication. Boron helps the body produce estrogen and helps to prevent a loss of minerals from the bones. Without trace amounts of Boron in the cells, the cells often struggle to efficiently utilize the various forms of Vitamin D.
