International Orders - Taxes and Customs

The products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States directly to your address. The prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes and customs fees that may be due upon delivery of the parcel to your country outside the United States. Upon receiving your order, you may be asked to pay sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes by your local post office, subject to the regulations in your country. HolisticPeople.com is responsible for shipping your order and providing full paperwork for customs in your country. HolisticPeople.com is not responsible and can't guarantee the processing and release from customs in countries outside the United States.

Customs Clearance and Imports

To serve you better, we process orders in amounts up to the maximum of what is generally allowed by international customs for personal consumption. If the shopping cart rejects your order because it exceeds that maximum, please divide your order into smaller purchases. The size and volume limitations per parcel take into account general customs restrictions and are imposed in an attempt to provide an easier import experience when receiving your shipment. However, HolisticPeople.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS HELD OR REJECTED BY CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY. To find out about customs regulations in your country, contact a local import broker in your area.

Shipping and Tracking

Upon submitting your order, you will receive an order number and a parcel tracking number issued by the carrier of your choice - USPS (U.S. Postal Service) or DHL/UPS (in some countries). DHL/UPS delivery schedule is a few business days globally and delivered to your address. USPS delivery schedules vary globally, ranging from 2 to 6 weeks. HolisticPeople.com is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to your parcel once it has been collected and transported by the carrier. You can track your order via DHL/UPS or USPS.com and the Postal Service website in your country.

Discounted shipping

We are subsidizing the shipping cost we get from the carriers and offer discounted shipping to you. The discount amount is proportional to the order amount. US orders over $100 in products are eligible for free shipping, which is covered by us.

Refunds and No Returns Policy 

To assure the freshness and quality of products and supplements shipped globally, HolisticPeople.com does not accept returns of goods after they have been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible—there are no returns or refunds on orders once they have been shipped or after you were provided with a tracking number. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at Sales@HolisticPeople.com.

Rewards and Points Program

HolisticPeople.com runs a promotion and savings program called "Community Pricing". The terms of promotions and discounts may change frequently as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

The following rules currently apply:

  1. Use of points - every 10 Points equals $1 discount at checkout.
  2. Expiration - points have an expiration date of at least one year from the date of issue - subject to the promotion given.
  3. Earning points - Points are earned for eligible completed purchases, and can be used for future purchases.

HolisticPeople Community members - by opening an account and making a purchase while being logged in to your account you will receive reward points, up to 10% of the value of your purchase.

Purchase – points are granted for purchases made for full price, using payment methods other than points or store credit.

Products - Most products are eligible for points grant, but some are not (for example - all "The Synergy Company" and "doTERRA" products are not eligible).

Shipping costs and taxes are excluded from points grants. You will see how many points purchasing each product will generate for you, as well as a total projected earnings before you complete your purchase.

Activity - points may be given for social activity such as sharing on social networks or writing a review. These promotions may change from time to time.

Referral and Affiliate Program

Friends and clients (defined as “Referral”) you (the “affiliate”) refer to HolisticPeople.com may earn you referral commissions subject to the following rules: The “referral” is a new customer that is not already registered on HolisticPeople.com or DrCousensGlobal.com. The referral was first introduced to holisticpeople.com using the affiliate’s link. Store credit – an affiliate will earn commissions as store credit at HolisticPeople.com. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Duration - An affiliate can own a referral for at least 6 months after the referral was referred. If your referral keeps using your provided link, the 6 months countdown will reset back to 6 months. If the referral stops using your link, your ownership of this referral will expire 6 months after the last time he used your link. During your ownership of a referral, you will receive commissions for all eligible purchases the referral makes. The referral commission is up to 10% from the retail purchase when the referral is using the link you provided, and up to 6 months afterward.

Lifetime referral – in special cases an affiliate may own a referral with no expiration on duration. In such cases, the commission will be set at 5%. If you believe you have such a case, please contact our customer support.
