And one of the things we're carrying are two kinds of E. One is deltanoid which is the most active E. You don't need much of that. But that's, by far, the most potent. And then there's a general E that has both classes of E in it. Okay, and, generally, for neurotransmitters, and for heart we see that E is good. Some people say, "Well E raises blood pressure." I haven't really seen that to happen. And I don't think the research supports it, but there is a scare about that. E is a great antioxidant and, you know, it's kinda complementary to the whole picture. D is the big player. K moderates D. A is it's own player, but it's working on some of the same genetic patterns: gene, xmx gene sequence so, they all kind of work together you know, as a synergy. And so, that's what I'm saying: it's taken as a synergy. Think that way. That's what I'm recommending. They really do go together. D, K, A and E all go together. And E is very good for the skin? E is, yes. It's a very powerful antioxidant. No, for healthy people. Remember, we're always talking about prevention here. That we're talking about big sections of the general population are deficient in these. That's what we're talking about. What is the dosage of the E? E? You know, here we're talking about a half a teaspoon twice a day. I probably would be between 400 and 800.
Tocotrienol (predominantly delta-tocotrienol [110 mg typically] and gamma-tocotrienol)
